Most High God,
You have given me rest in the midst of the turbulence. You have given me Your peace so I know that I am fine. You have blessed me when I only knew to walk in faith. You have delivered me out of despair.
I am reminded that everyday is another chance to develop a closer relationship with You. There will never be another day like today. There will never be... A reason to quit fighting this good fight.
I have made my decision to dwell in Your presence for ever. I give you praise and glorify Your name. It's all that I desire.
Holy Spirit, I humbly request that you give my the grace to properly articulate my love and desires for my God.
It's amazing to know that I'm a miracle that's still in the making. It is marvelous that You took my old heart out and placed Yours on the inside of me for Your people. Please show me how we can accomplish all of the things that you have shown me. Where do I start? I will go to Your Holy Word...
I hear You Lord, You said in Your Word, First Thessalonians 5:17, to "pray continually." So I shall.
You have also commanded in the book of Proverbs, chapter 3, verses 5 and 6, that I trust you with all of my heart, don't lean to my own understanding, and to remember You in all that I do. So since I believe in Your Word, I shall do that too.
Holy Spirit, You are my closest and most trusted friend. I need you to guide my in this discipline. I can't do it without you but I desire to do so and I know that it'll be perfected as long as I stay the course and don't grow faint.
For those out there that are desiring the Lord too, I am asking You, Most Holy One, to send them a believer that will operate faithfully in accordance to the Word. Let them see You and not the individual. Let them know Your love.
Please bless Your people and refresh their hearts.
